"One Profits Most...Who Serves Best"

A popular and oft quoted theme of Rotary International is the above phrase (“One Profits Most Who Serves Best”). The Burley Rotary Club has long been known for its commitment to community service. We strive to prioritizes actively helping others and making a positive impact on our local community through our various projects and initiatives. The concept of “serving best” essentially means we strive to put “service above self” as our core principle.

One such way we stive to do that is by engaging and encouraging activities that build fellowship and trust within our community. Southern Idaho has a very large Hispanic and Latino population with many of our residents having close ties or connections to Mexico. As a way of celebrating this diverse culture and drawing all community individuals together, the Burley Rotary Club organized an annual Cultural Celebration around the time of Cinco De Mayo. Our celebration event is an opportunity for community members of all backgrounds to celebrate the Hispanic Cultures that make up our community.

People of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, and races are encouraged to come and enjoy a fun day of Mexican Music, Food, Dancing, and Games!
